What are the shipping times
You receive your order in the United States in 7 to 15 business days. You receive your order in Canada in 8 to 16 business days.

Do you offer order tracking
Yes. You receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

What if I entered the wrong address
You must enter a correct address at checkout. We cannot change the address once we process the order. If the address is wrong, the carrier returns the package.

What if my package is delayed
Tracking updates need 2 to 4 days to appear. If your package shows no movement for 15 business days, you contact us and we review your case.

Do items ship together
Some items ship separately to speed up delivery. You might receive more than one package.

Do you accept returns
